First, I’m so glad to hear that! This is why Wish Paris was born: to create long-lasting love stories. Contact me and we’ll see what we can do. I might be able to reorder it especially for you. And if it’s from a previous collection and discontinued, I’ll do my best to find something in the same spirit.

If you really want to surprise her, we can also organise a private shopping session at our showroom for the lucky girl and several of her friends (up to the current limit for social gatherings) – with time to try the jewellery on, personalised advice and even sweet treats!
I’m eager to wear the new piece I have ordered online. When will I get it?
If it’s in stock, it’s probably already on its way! Our processes are detailed here, right from when you order, to the delivery. In case of an emergency, we can arrange a same-day express delivery within Singapore!
If your order is not in stock or needs customisation, it means it will come from Europe especially for you. It usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the brand. I know it seems long, but some things are worth waiting for! I promise to contact you as soon as the piece lands in Singapore. If you have a deadline, let me know and I will do my best to help you.
I want to see and try on your collection
It is possible! If you live in Singapore, contact me to arrange a visit to my showroom. You can come alone, but it’s more fun with some friends (up to the current limit for social gatherings). I guarantee we’ll have a good time finding the right match for you.
If you live outside Singapore, then technology comes to the rescue. Let’s plan a video call for a virtual visit. You’ll still get my special shopping experience, from the comfort of your home.

I wonder if my order will really look like the piece I see in the picture
Chances are, yes! Because it IS the one in the picture. But please bear in mind that each stone is unique (which is why we love them) so it means that there might be tiny variations in colour, texture, or finish that you won’t notice on your screen. And, that’s the photographer speaking – remember, screen settings might result in slight colour alterations.

Well…I’m afraid it’s going to be a very long wait! My philosophy is to offer qualitative yet affordable jewellery every day. That’s why I set fair prices for both my clients and me, even all year long, and don’t inflate them artificially to organise crazy drops once in a while.
